Independence Day Celebrations 2022

“May we think of freedom not as the right to do what we please, but as the opportunity to do what is right.” The 75 years of India’s Independence was celebrated with immense patriotic zeal and enthusiasm by the students and staff of RMS on 15 August 2022. The students showcased their patriotism and pride for the nation through a series of spectacular dance and music performances. The celebration commenced with the flag-hoisting ceremony where the unfurling of the National Flag was followed by the National Anthem. The students, dressed in the vibrant colours of the nation – green, white and saffron – performed a medley of heart touching patriotic songs, skit and speeches. The Director, Mr Madhukar Dhiman gave a brief speech on this auspicious day. He opined how freedom is valuable and students are nation builders hence they should do the necessary to protect our freedom by doing the right deeds.
